Through its travel program, MOLAA furthers its mission to educate the public about Latin American art by providing a unique, highly customized and behind the scenes travel experience. Private collections, architect studios, private theater stage performances, entrance to museums before opening hours, access to otherwise restricted landmarks and collections, and meetings with diplomats, artists, community activists, musical virtuosos, and independent artists are incorporated into each itinerary. MOLAA will continue to provide trips to Cuba and Latin America as a way to further its mission. In 2013, MOLAA’s President and CEO, Stuart A. Ashman, took a group of members and art collectors on a 9-day cultural trip to the island of Cuba to explore the visual arts, architecture and historic preservation, music, journalism, theatre, film, folk arts and Afro-Cuban religion and culture. MOLAA Associate Level Members and above ($500 plus) are invited to be the first to sign up. If you’re interested in receiving information about the trips, please email and you will receive updated information.

A hug and thank you to Stuart his knowledge and warm personalization made the trip. The Museum should be delighted by his accomplishments and knowledge. Looking forward to future trips! Thank you, Sharon Solari

Really, truly extraordinary trip! We travel, LOTS...and this was a wonderful experience. Kudos to all who planned the trip. Plenty of variety daily. I'm remembering specific people, specific art, specific sights, specific conversations with locals and MOLAA travelers with pleasure and fond memories. Best, Beverly Grant
