Mirrors convey different meanings and connotations. They reference wisdom, self-knowledge or vanity; and in literature, they convey the subconscious or desires.  In many cultures, mirrors are omens of bad luck if broken. With all of these interpretations, mirrors are motifs that continually highlight the self. In these series of images, the artists use the mirror as a symbol to reflect their identities. They creatively play with the placement of their mirrors to focus on body language and facial expressions, revealing distinctive personalities and in turn, their truths.
