The heart of MOLAA is through its volunteers! MOLAA’s volunteer program offers a diverse and creative environment in which volunteers engage in a variety of rewarding opportunities including behind the scenes gallery experiences, guided tours, cultural museum events and festivals, internships, and outreach.

Volunteer Event!

Wednesday, Jan. 24th, 2024: 5 PM – 7 PM | Orientation/Meet and Greet at MOLAA!

This session will be a fun, free and informal meet and greet for individuals interested in volunteering for MOLAA’s Educational Programs! Learn about the different volunteer roles, incentives, and how you can help empower individuals and communities through art. Light refreshments will be served.

Volunteer Roles Include: Molaa Tour Guides, Festival Volunteers, Art Workshop Assistants, Summer Camp Facilitators, MOLAA’s Docent Guild*

*To become a MOLAA Docent Guild Member, you must apply separately and pay member dues. All volunteer roles are subject to a background check.

MOLAA DOCENT GUILD

MOLAA Docents bring life to the museum galleries through interactive tours and meaningful experiences for students, families and visitors of all ages and backgrounds. 

MOLAA VOLUNTEERS

Event volunteers provide added value to our events, festivals, art openings and fundraisers while enjoying the benefits of MOLAA’s dynamic Latin American culture.

 

INTERNSHIPS

Interns provide MOLAA with their time and research abilities, while MOLAA provides them with an educational environment in which to learn about museum procedures and to complete one or more projects that will further their educational experiences.
