Juega con Yoga is a Sunday morning Hatha flow designed to wake up your body, lift your spirit, and send you into the week feeling energized and grounded. No experience needed.

Each class weaves together a fun, accessible flow with music that makes you want to move, breathing techniques to root and energize, and a playful intention to carry into your week. You will stretch, strengthen, and leave feeling connected with yourself, ready for whatever the week brings.

All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.

Teacher’s Bio:

Hazel Montserrat Gutierrez is a queer Latinx yoga teacher, intuitive Reiki master, spiritual guide, and storyteller with Bay Area Nicaraguan roots. She creates spaces where women of color and the queer community feel safe to rest, heal, and reconnect with who they truly are, so they can step fully and freely into their creative power. Her work is rooted in nine years of her own journey from survival to self-love, and she now devotes her life to guiding others through that same sacred passage home.
