Explore Día de los Muertos, a vibrant celebration of life and loved ones at MOLAA's annual family festival!

Learn more about this cultural tradition through art workshops, live performances, gallery tours and an interactive community altar, face painting, food and unique artisan vendors.

Día de los Muertos attire strongly encouraged - come dressed as a calavera!

Open to all ages and free admission. Onsite parking at the Museum - $10*

*MOLAA Members of Family level and above get onsite free parking

Robert Gumbiner Park (Located across from MOLAA at Alamitos Ave. & E 6th St.)

  • 10:00 – 11:00am: Mask-making workshop

  • 10:45 am: Semillitas Pre-School & Kalpulli Tlaltekuhtli Aztec Dancers performance

  • 11:00am: Procession from Robert Gumbiner Park to MOLAA (Lead by Semillitas Pre-School & Kalpulli Tlaltekuhtli Aztec Dancers)
