Born in Mexico City and raised in North Long Beach, Chuey Quintanar has been tattooing professionaly for over 19 years.

He is known internationally for his specialty with fine line, single needle black & grey tattoos. Among his clientele are celebrities and sports figures such as Justin Bieber, DJ Mix Master Mike and Tyson Chandler.
