MOLAA and LBUSD’s Office of Pathways & Business Engagement are excited to launch its 1st annual One Frame at a Time Student Film Festival. This year’s theme is “Unseen Voices: Telling Stories from a New Lens.” Winners will be screened at 1:00PM.
