Join us for a morning of creativity, reflection, and connection in the Corner Garden, a space dedicated to celebrating the rich plant life of Latin America. This hands-on workshop will be led by the horticulturist and artist of The Golden Garden, who will guide participants in learning about the cultural and ecological significance of select Plants while exploring the ancient art of mandala making. Mandalas have long been used across cultures as a tool for meditation, healing, and self-expression. Guided by the rhythms and patterns found in nature, we will use plant forms, colors, and textures as inspiration to design our own unique mandalas. This creative process offers an opportunity to slow down, observe closely, and discover how natural forms can spark both artistic expression and inner balance. In addition to learning about the historical and cultural roots of mandala practice, Participants will be invited to reflect on the therapeutic benefits of engaging with the Garden as a source of mindfulness and grounding. Whether you are new to mandalas or an experienced artist, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to explore, experiment, and connect with others through art. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided. Come ready to engage your senses, learn about plants, and create something meaningful that reflects your own relationship with nature.
