Materials needed: 12 x 18 Construction Paper Glue Scissors Pencil Marker Markers, Colored Pencils, Stickers, Sequins, whatever you can use to decorate!

Instructions:

1. Get a 12 x 18 piece of construction paper and fold one corner to the top to form a right triangle. Cut the remaining side so all you are left with is a square.

2. Fold your square in half, then unfold it back to square shape. Turn it around and do the same.

3. Get one end and fold it into a right triangle shape, from corner to corner, unfold it back to square shape, and then repeat on another end.

4. Grab the sides of the paper with creased edges and bring them together until they touch. While holding the paper together. Now press the uncreased edge of your paper into the table until your paper looks like a small folded triangle.

5. Draw a heart on one side or use a template you can trace. Cut out the heart shape.

6. Open it up, and there you have your card, with four sides to write on! Pick a side and write “Happy Valentine’s Day” to make it bilingual. Pick a side where you can write, “Feliz Día de San Valentín.”

7. Create your own messages or drawings for the other two blank sides; draw on them, write letters, whatever you want.

8. Don’t forget to decorate the cover as well!
