Come to MOLAA and enjoy a day full of activity showcasing community arts inspired by the exhibition of Judy Baca: Memorias de Nuestra Tierra, a Retrospective. Community arts is the practice of art based in and generated in a community setting. Highlighting women artists and creators, the event’s program has been carefully curated to showcase females in the arts. Live art by well know Long Beach muralist Ms. Yellow will be happening during the day as well as teaching artist-led workshops.
